A bookstore. Gus and Tanner are browsing in the fiction section. Gus holds a to go cup of coffee Tanner has a stack of books in his arms.

GUS: Want time to carry some.

TANNER: I think I want to write a book?

GUS: A “novel” idea.

Gus smiles brightly as if to say “funny right?” Tanner blinks blankly as if to say “why are you like this?” Gus nudges Tanner with an elbow that makes him laugh. They continue to browse.
